ENA BOND – COSM300A
It is used with the Etch & Rinse technique. In this case applied inside the veneer as an adhesive with the temporary material.
Application of Ena Bond and light curing

ENA SEAL – COSZ10
Low-viscosity light-curing sealant to be used in combination with Ena Bond or as a low-viscosity sealant. In this case used as an adhesive for cementation of the temporary veneer.
Application of Ena Seal
EHTSF 2017
ENA SOFT FLOW – EHTSF
Flowable light-curing composite that remains soft after polymerisation. It can be used for temporary inlays and onlays but is especially indicated, as in this case, for temporary luting of veneers.
Application of Ena Soft Flow for temporary cementation
CLED2
LED CURING UNIT – CLED2
High-power light curing unit, up to 2.400 mw. 2 frequencies: 390-480 nm and 405-460 nm 6 programs for polymerization 2 programs to detect plaque and caries.
Light curing for 60 seconds

2. Colour test

ENA CEM TRY-IN – CPCTUD1 (A1) CPCTUD2 (A2) CPCTUD3 (A3)

Colour testing with Ena Cem Try In

Application of Ena Cem Try-in gel in the ceramic veneers for the colour preview

3a. Ceramic or lithium disilicate veneers

HYDROFLUORIC ACID 9,6% – COSZ15
To create microporosities in the ceramic to allow adhesion with the composite cement.
Veneer etching with 9,6% hydrofluoric acid
VENEER ME  – SL2600

Set of 3 complete units.

The veneers are placed on this surface, vestibular side, where they adhere naturally. All the preparation process of the internal part of the veneers (etching and silanization) can be performed in this position without fear of a veneer slipping or falling on the floor.

Huge advantage: the membrane is permeable! In other words, the dentist can proceed with the rinsing and drying operation after placing the frame-membrane on the base. In this way, he can work under the best possible safety conditions.

SILANE PRIMER  – COSZ25

To increase the adhesion between ceramic and composite cement of etched veneers.

Silane application
ENA CEM HV  – KIT CPCBDK
CPCBD1 (A1) 2g
CPCBD2 (A2) 2g
CPCBD3 (A3) 2g
+ Ena Soft Flow 1 g

Light-curing Flow composite with high viscosity, strength, aesthetics and biocompatibility, with a minimum thickness of 26 mμ for the cementation of aesthetic veneers.

Application of Ena Cem HV cement

3b. Zirconia veneers

ENA CEM Z  – CPCZP

Special primer for cementing zirconia prosthetic elements.

Ena Cem Z primer application in the zirconia veneer
ENA CEM HF  – CPCUD1 – CPCUD2 – CPCUD3 – CPCUD4

Dual composite luting for luting prosthetic elements when light-curing is not sufficient.

Cement application Ena Cem HF in the zirconia veneer

4. Adhesive phase on dental elements

DENTOPREP SANDBLASTER  – RON1900

All-steel sandblasting machine, microporosity increases mechanical retention by up to 40%.

Sandblasting of preparations
PHOSPORIC ACID 37%  – COSM101B
Red-coloured etching gel to make it visible when rinsing. Silicon-free.
Etching with Ena Etch for 20 sec.
ENA BOND + ENA SEAL  – COSM300A + COSZ10
4th generation Etch & Rinse adhesive system.
Adhesive phase with Ena Bond and Ena Seal

5. Cemented veneers - final result
